General Details
Sessions are 20-45 minutes - this is up to the team.
Sessions can be done at any time of day, anywhere, via zoom or google meet. (Often later in the afternoon is a lovely time for a 20-30 minute recharging meditation).
Participants are able to login no matter where they are.
Participants can sit in office chairs, sit on the floor, walk, or lie down.
Participants receive a professionally edited recording.
Participants receive actionable steps/homework for the day.
What topics do we address in sessions?
Anxiety, health, stress and work relationships.
Goal definition, habit change, mindset at work.
Depression, authentic positivity, purpose at work.
Sessions follow rotating weekly objectives. The following is a one month sample:
Learning objective session 1 - how to sit in order to be comfortable during meditation, body scanning, the benefits of body scanning ( autonomy, better listening, emotional regulation), questions and answers
Homework focus given.

Learning objectives session 2 - the importance of breath (Cognition, memory, Automatic vs Intentional, effect on nervous system, peristalsis, etc), breathing technique, questions and answers
